• Empty Vessels - If the player has [유리병] and takes damage while it is empty, it fills with a purple flame that deals 100 damage to all enemies in the room upon use.

• Kaliber's Grip - If the player has [심해의 촉수] , it grabs two enemies at a time.
• Kalibreath - If the player has [드래건파이어] , it turns grey, gains an increased rate of fire, and gains notable knockback on enemies, but loses piercing projectiles.
• Pitch Perfect - If the player has [쇠스랑] , it fires green fireballs that set enemies permanently aflame.
• Holey Grail can be sold by Old Red and Cursula .
• Holey Grail can refill [임시변통 캐논] 's ammo.
• Holey Grail can effectively grant immortality with the [GuNNER] .
• Holey Grail, if used properly, can refill ammo for [유리병 캐논] and [풍선건] . If [유리병 캐논] or [풍선건] is picked up before Holey Grail, its ammo can be refilled to half-full upon taking damage. However, if Holey Grail is picked up first, either gun will be broken and ammo will not be refilled. This can be avoided by simply dropping Holey Grail and picking it up again.

• If duplicates of this item are somehow obtained, allows the blank effect(s) to stack and fully refills ammo for all guns when hit.

• The description references Kaliber , the seven armed gun goddess.
• The item's chest tier might be a reference to Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade , where the true Holy Grail is a simple ceramic cup instead of a golden chalice.
• If the player dies after hatching the [기묘한 알] then the icon for Holey Grail will show up on the summary screen.
• Dodge Roll developers said in the past that this item may be related to the lore of a later expansion, presumably A Farewell to Arms . This might either be false, or scrapped, as didn't have anything related to the Holey Grail.
