The markings that the Witch Pistol's bullets make when hitting a north wall (R, N, and Φ) are the same as the look of the attacks of the Bookllet enemies.
The Chicken Arise synergy is a possible reference to the 2000's show Aqua Teen Hunger Force .
While the Ammonomicon calls the Witch Pistol a [马格南手枪] , its sprite appears to be a recoloring of the [生锈的配枪] . This could be the result of the hex on it changing its form, as with many cursed or punished fairy tale characters.
