• Heals the player for one heart.
• Grants double damage until the player is hit.

• Sausage and Pepper - If the player also has [Gungeon Pepper] , its range will be increased. The Meatbun will also heal five hearts rather than just one. The synergy is lost when Meatbun is consumed.
• The damage effect is lost if either player is hit in coop.
• The damage effect is NOT lost if the player exchanges their hearts for shells with the Vampire .
• This effect stacks with itself, meaning that a second meatbun will grant 4x damage, and 3 will grant 8x.
