Notes
- Despite its appearance, its effect will trigger when buying items from any shopkeeper, not just Bello.
- This item is quite useful if a floor has the Vampire , effectively allowing a partial refund or even a profit (albeit only from Heart purchases).
- If duplicates of this item are somehow obtained, further increases the amount of hearts gained when purchasing an item by half a heart for each Mustache.
