Firing With Flair

If the player also has Amulet of the Pit Lord , Master of Unlocking , Copper Ammolet , or Springheel Boots , the Flare Gun turns green and is guaranteed to inflict enemies with green fire, which leaves (non-boss) enemies permanently burning. If the player has Hot Lead in their inventory while this synergy is active, this is counted as a separate effect - allowing it to simultaneously deal two burn effects.
