Dumb Smart Bullets:

If the player has [散射] , bullets unaffected by Homing Bullets become larger and deal 50% more damage.

Smart Bombs:

If the player also has [炸弹] or [冰炸弹] , they will home in on targets and blow up slower.

Bullets have a 20% chance to home in on enemies. This chance increases for weapons that have a slower fire rate: Weapons like the [狙击枪] and the [黑洞枪] are guaranteed to trigger Homing Bullets.

This item grants stronger homing than [拐杖] , but does not apply to all bullets.
