Synthetic Shield

If the player has Heart Synthesizer or Ammo Synthesizer , grants a familiar that orbits the player and blocks shots. If all three synthesizers are picked up, grants three familiars. The familiar follows the player with almost no delay and represents the synthesizer the player does not currently have (i.e. if the player has Armor Synthesizer and Ammo Synthesizer , it will appear to be a Heart).
