The item's subtext is a reference to the Biggie Smalls song 'Come On'.
The synergy with the [Повязка на глаз] is a reference to Kurt Russell as Snake Plissken in the 1981 movie Escape from New York . Snake wears an eyepatch over his left eye and primarily uses a MAC10. 'Iroquois Plissken' is also an alias used by Snake in the Metal Gear series. The character of Snake is heavily based on Snake Plissken, including wearing an eyepatch.
Having no burst delay, MAC10 can be seen as a full-automatic gun that always fire at least 4 bullets per trigger pulled.
The MAC10 is based on the real life machine pistol of the same name .
