• After defeating The Pilot 's past with his alternate skin, a golden skin of this gun is unlocked.
• While reloading, the gun emits three jets of fog in the shape of a radiation symbol.
• When firing, the gray components of the gun briefly glow green, matching the color of its lasers. The glow will still be green even if a bullet modifier changes the color of the player's bullets.
• Unlike other starting guns, the Rogue Special does not eject brass when firing, so it cannot be used to find the path to the [平面铅弹] .

• While it is impossible to see in-game due to the gun having the infinite ammo variable set to true, the Rogue Special has a maximum ammo of 350.
• The alternate skin will periodically have a bright sheen across the sprite, identical to the visual sheen of [白金子弹] .
• The object and sprite name could refer to the Pilot, as he might be a "Knave".
