- Devil's Plaything - If the player also has [Доспех с шипами] , Bullet Idol orbits the player, blocking enemy shots. Any enemy shots blocked by Bullet Idol cause damage to every enemy in the room.
- Just Like The Real Thing - If the player also has [Стрелочервь] , [Стрелочервь] 's bullets will behave like those of the [Стрелочервь] enemy , splitting into wavy bullets upon hitting a wall or enemy.
- Prior to the [Тайник со снаряжением] Update , Bullet Idol dealt 15 damage instead of 45.
- If duplicates of this item are somehow obtained, further increases the damage of this item when activated. Duplicates under the effect of Devil's Plaything will orbit the player, following the same positioning rules of Guon Stones.
