Ferro Grande
O Ferro Grande é um revólver estranho, que foi criado com o acoplamento de canos adicionais a uma magnum. Os canos não estão conectados ao tambor, mas mesmo assim eles disparam. - If the player has both synergies, Big Iron will take the attributes of whichever synergy was acquired last. If the player acquires Cast Iron after Iron Slug , Big Iron will fire Cast Iron bullets but still have the altered appearance from Iron Slug .
- Despite Big Iron using bullets in its ammo bar, shell cartridges come out of its compartment when reloading.
- Despite firing a spread of multiple bullets like a shotgun, the Big Iron is not in the SHOTGUN gun class , instead residing in the PISTOL class.
