• Adds a 10% chance to regain 5% of the currently held gun's maximum ammo (rounded down) upon killing an enemy.

• Extreme Operation - If the player also has [Rocha Derretida] , [Rocha Derretida] causes each corpse to fire a bullet at a nearby enemy in addition to exploding.
• Synthetic Shield - If the player also has [Sintetizador de Coração] or [Sintetizador de Armadura] , grants a familiar that orbits the player and blocks shots. If all three synthesizers are picked up, grants three familiars. The familiar follows the player with almost no delay and represents the synthesizer the player does not currently have (i.e. if the player has Ammo Synthesizer and [Sintetizador de Coração] , it will appear to be a piece of Armor).
• If 5% of a gun's maximum ammo is less than 1 (less than 20 maximum ammo), Ammo Synthesizer will restore 1 ammo when it activates.
• Works well with [Bandana do Antigo Herói] as it will restore 4x more ammo effectively making it easier to not run out.
• Works well with [Canhão Improvisado] if it activates.
• If duplicates of this item are somehow obtained, increases the chance of ammo returning after killing an enemy.
