• Adds an 8% chance per second for a bullet to be replaced by a fast, homing, piercing, and bouncing bullet that flies around the room damaging enemies.

• When the bullet goes berserk it take the appearance of a 9mm bullet with no blood.
• Venom Veins - If the player has [Mutation] , [Mutation] poisons enemies.
• The chance to fire a berserk round is higher for slower weapons. For example, it is nearly 100% for a fully charged [BSG] .
• This item can be detrimental with certain items, such as the [Schwarzes-Loch-Gewehr] , since it completely replaces the gun’s regular shot.
• Owning duplicates of this item will not increase its chance of the effect.
• You will be notified of the item's unlocking after clearing the room you use [Wehklagewürfel] for the 20th time in (or after dying to the enemies that spawn).

• This item references the character Logen Ninefingers, also known as "The Bloody Nine", from "The First Law", a series of books by Joe Abercrombie.
