Synergien
If the player has [Rüstungs-Synthesizer] or [Munitions-Synthesizer] , grants a familiar that orbits the player and blocks shots. If all three synthesizers are picked up, grants three familiars. The familiar follows the player with almost no delay and represents the synthesizer the player does not currently have (i.e. if the player has [Rüstungs-Synthesizer] and Heart Synthesizer , it will appear to be an Ammo box).

- If the player is not at full health, adds a 20% chance to gain half a heart upon completing a room without taking damage. If Heart Synthesizer triggers, it will spawn a half-heart on top of the player.
