• Allows the player to hold an extra active item. The active items are switched by default by pressing Shift (keyboard) or up on the D-pad (controller).

• M1 Multi-Tool - If the player also has [M1] , its reload time is decreased by 20%, and its magazine size and maximum ammo are increased. Movement speed is also increased while [M1] is held.
• Mak Pak - If the player has [マカロフ] , [マカロフ] 's maximum ammo is increased by 30%. While holding Marakov, it occasionally fires a homing bullet at an enemy for free.
• MM6 Mini Rocket - If the player also has [ジェットパック] , activating the [ジェットパック] fires a rocket in the direction of the crosshair. This has a cooldown of about 5 seconds. The rocket can be used to find secret rooms in shops as it does not anger Bello.
• Whale of a Time - If the player also has [GuNNER] , there's a chance a skull will spawn when getting hit to recover lost health, even if the player has another weapon equipped while getting hit.
• If duplicates of this item are somehow obtained, adds another active item slot to the player's inventory.

• The [M1] Multi-Tool synergy could be a reference to the MIDA Multi-Tool , a gun from the game Destiny .
