If the player also has [Armure d'épines] , roll damage is increased to 105. If the player also has [Casque de démineur] , roll damage is increased to 45. If the player also has both, roll damage is increased to 315. This is 105x base dodge roll damage, and surpasses the damage boost given by [Bracelet de rubis] in its upgraded form.
Cannot be dropped.
The damage of dodge rolling into enemies is just enough to kill a Bullet Kin on the first chamber.

The item's name has a double meaning: "Live ammunition" refers to projectiles that can be fired from a firearm and can potentially cause harm, and also refers to the Bullet being a piece of ammunition that is "alive".
