• If the player is not at full health, adds a 20% chance to gain half a heart upon completing a room without taking damage. If Heart Synthesizer triggers, it will spawn a half-heart on top of the player.

• Synthetic Shield - If the player has [Sintetizador de armadura] or [Sintetizador de munición] , grants a familiar that orbits the player and blocks shots. If all three synthesizers are picked up, grants three familiars. The familiar follows the player with almost no delay and represents the synthesizer the player does not currently have (i.e. if the player has [Sintetizador de armadura] and Heart Synthesizer , it will appear to be an Ammo box).
• Heart Synthesizer has no benefit for The Robot , as he cannot use hearts. It still does, however, contribute to the synergy mentioned above.
• The Synthetic Shield Synergy familiar in-game orbiting the player
