If the player has [Botella de corazón] , [Funda de corazón] , [Cartera de corazón] , [Guardapelo de corazón] , or [Fiambrera de corazón] and takes damage while holding Pulse Cannon, three temporary Pulse Cannons spawn around the player and fire at enemies, before disappearing. This effect stacks with itself, each hit adding 3 more pulse cannons. The functional maximum is 6 though, due to invincibility frames limiting how much damage can be taken within the lifespan of one set of cannons.

- The Return - If the player has [Cerdo] , it turns green and shoots fire bats.
- The Pulse Cannon is in the SHOTGUN gun class , and as such benefits from the Shotgun Affinity synergy.
